Ask your assistant about your designs.
Connect ChatGPT or Claude to Interart through MCP. Find your designs, check usage, and get live links and QR codes. Included with every Interart plan.
The connection currently reads your personal designs. Creating, editing and publishing stay in the editor.
Useful answers from your own account.
Check scans, storage, live designs and the limits of your Interart plan.
Find personal designs, inspect their layers, and see whether the editor holds unpublished changes.
Retrieve a live design’s link and QR code. Use the name of one of your own designs.
One server address to add.
Add this address as a custom MCP connector in your assistant:
https://mcp.interart.app/mcp
You need an Interart account and ChatGPT or Claude with custom remote MCP connections available. Your assistant’s plan or workspace settings may limit access to custom connectors.
Start in your assistant, then sign in to Interart.
-
1
Add the server
Open your assistant’s custom connector settings, add the server address above, and start connecting. Choose OAuth authentication if asked.
-
2
Review the connection
Interart shows which assistant is asking for access and where that access goes. Continue only if you just started this connection yourself.
-
3
Confirm your account
Sign in to Interart or create an account, check which account is shown, and review the permissions before allowing access. Return to your assistant and try one of the prompts above.
The permission screen includes adding files, making designs and publishing. Those tools are planned; the tools available today only read. Approve the connection only if you are comfortable granting the permissions shown.
Connection details for assistants.
Protocol: MCP over Streamable HTTP. Authentication: OAuth.
Available tools: get_account, list_designs, get_design, get_qr_code.
ChatGPT and Claude connections have been tested. Gemini and Grok connections are not currently supported by Interart. MCP support in another app does not by itself make it compatible.
You control the connection.
Open Connected assistants in Interart Account settings and choose Disconnect for the assistant you want to remove. Its access stops within a minute.
Removing or uninstalling the connector in your assistant alone may leave its Interart access active. Use Interart’s Disconnect control to end that access.
If connecting fails, check that your assistant allows custom connectors and that you copied the full server address. Start the connection again from your assistant if the sign-in page has expired.
Open a template, make it yours.
Interart’s AR templates are finished, working designs — open one in the browser editor, swap in your own artwork, and it’s yours. Each one teaches a technique with a built-in guided tour.
No account needed — sign up later and your work comes with you.
Questions, answered.
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It lets a compatible AI assistant use tools from another service. Interart’s MCP connection gives your assistant access to information from the Interart account you authorize.
No. MCP access is included with Free, Pro and Studio. Your existing Interart limits still apply. Your assistant may have its own plan requirements or workspace restrictions for custom connectors.
Not currently. Interart’s current connections are ChatGPT and Claude. MCP support in another app does not by itself make it compatible.
Not yet. The current tools read account usage, personal designs and their layers, live links and QR codes. Create, edit and publish in the Interart editor. Team designs are not available through this connection.
The connection’s permissions cover planned tools as well as the read tools available today. Review the full permissions before connecting. You can end access in Interart Account settings under Connected assistants.
